Crater Lake (2)

Crater lake was a volcano about 8000 years ago. Now it’s a 2,000 foot deep lake, surrounded by steep cliffs, completely self-contained. No streams running in or out; the only way water can get into it is by falling out of the sky.

Somehow, there are fish in it.
