There's a bug pseudoscorpion on my wall!

Anyone know what this is? (It’s teeny teeny tiny, maybe 10mm long.) Should I be worried?
[Update: thanks to my sister, I now know that the first google result for “tiny scorpion bug” identifies this as a harmless pseudoscorpion. And also that the website What’s That Bug exists, which pleases me immensely.]
