This time for real

After I pull myself together enough to drive on, it’s only a half mile or so before I find the turnoff for Kelso Dunes Road. Which leads to a well-marked trailhead, much closer to the opposite side of the dunes, complete with toilets, informational signs, and a hiker logsheet.
