Learning things about myself through what my kid thinks of me

Stellan’s having a playdate with a friend, and I just overheard this conversation from the next room: “Where’s your dad?” “I have no idea, probably he’s taking a shower. Usually when people come over he goes to take a shower or something because he doesn’t like making friends.”
