The fish so far(ther)

I laid out all the fish panels on the floor for the first time in ages, and with some shock discovered that there are only two panels of scales left to go.

I also recently noticed that the earliest sketches for this painting are from June of 2007; which means I've been “working” on this for more than three years.

Sure hope it doesn’t suck when it’s done.
