I bought myself a new toy.

The big box from Amazon contained a smaller cardboard box from Amazon which contained a cardboard box from Apple which contained a store-display box which contained a sturdy black box which contained a small insert box which contained a tiny cardstock wrapper which contained, at last, a few DVDs which were the actual purchase.

I guess they want you to feel like you got your money’s worth. It’d be no fun to just get a DVD sleeve in the mail; instead they ship you a four foot long box of boxes.
